Danav is the contractor for Gokuldham society
Popatlal and Tapu sena finalize a contractor but he is someone who doesn't like a lot of questions. That is the deal they had to agree to. The contractor is Danav, and Popatlal wants to cancel him. That is when Abdul and Tapu sena convince him to give Danav a try. Danav agrees for the work immediately and is in the society to meet them all. After revealing the reality behind his name (it's a compilation of his family members' initials), Danav gets to work.
