Jethalal reveals the problem to Gokuldham society’s Purush mandali
Jethalal invited all of Purush mandali to the society compound at night. He was about to spill the details to Taarak Mehta, which is when everybody gathered. Jethalal then revealed what happened - he got 35 old fridges. This left everyone happy, and Dr. Hathi demanded mithai, too.
Jethalal finally reveals the problem, leaving Iyer excited. He spills that he would require the compound to keep the 35 fridges overnight until Dunkiwala comes and collects them the next morning. Jethalal gathered everyone because Bhide told him that he needed everybody's permission for it.
Popatlal refuses to let Jethalal place 35 fridges in Gokuldham society compound
Sodhi agrees instantly, and Dr. Hathi follows. Bhide then informs that the municipality will be in the society at 2 pm. Jethalal assures him that the fridge delivery will be completed before that.
Popatlal brings up a problem - that everybody will follow suit if Jethalal is allowed. He states that Sodhi would bring his cars into the society compound next, only to get a warning from Sodhi that nobody can stop him.
Popatlal refuses, and Jethalal promises to pay the rent of Rs. 2 thousand. On hearing this, Bhide is upset with the price Jethalal settled for. He recalls all the big celebrities who came to the society compound.
Eventually, Jethalal asks Bhide to set a price. As Bhide says their society compound is not 'bikau', Jethalal agrees for it being free. Bhide agrees, following Mehta, too.

Mehta even expresses how Jethalal should be supported during the time. Dr. Hathi and Sodhi agree to it, and so does Iyer. Popatlal still doesn't agree. Thus, Jethalal gets to Popatlal's wedding, and how would the journalist feel if he refuted placing the wedding mandap in the society. He further asks Popatlal of all the times he played the big brother for free. Jethalal further pointed out every time he paid for the auto during the meetings. Owing to that, Popatlal finally agrees. Bhide officially announces that Jethalal has permission to keep the fridge overnight.
