Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah episode 4235 recap: Jethalal tells Babita she looks like the diya lit up during Diwali
4 hours ago | 5 Views
The Diwali celebrations have commenced on Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, and of course, it would be incomplete without Jethalal and Babita sharing a moment. Bapuji has a story to tell around Diwali, and Bhide finally looks forward to making the Diwali in Gokuldham society grand. But, like always, things have not exactly gone according to the plan. Here’s everything that happened last night on Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (available for streaming on SonyLIV via OTTplay Premium) and what you can expect tonight…
Jethalal calls Babita a diya lit up during Diwali
The grand Diwali celebrations are finally here in Gokuldham society. The society decorations are up, and everyone is invited. Each house is decorated, and the members are in the society compound to wish each other Hindu New Year.
Jethalal and Taarak Mehta discuss the fire crackers. Jethalal promises that Ramnik bhai gave his word. Babita Ji and Iyer wish Jethalal, post which Jethalal calls Babita the diya lit up on Diwali. Iyer agrees and states, "She's eternal beauty," thus leaving Jethalal confused with the English.
Who will burst the fire crackers?
Taarak and Anjali talk about how Diwali is special, and the Hathi family doesn't forget to mention that it is also a 'sweet' time. This makes everyone laugh. Meanwhile, Bhide prays for a good change with the new year.
Bapuji hopes for all of them to be happy and together every Diwali. Sodhi, who wishes everyone Happy Diwali, on behalf of his family, wants to burst the fire crackers already.
Bhide talks about 'Dhamakotsav', and Roshan offers a matchstick to fire the crackers. Popatlal points out that no decision has been made on who will burst the crackers. Bhide talks about the 'bade buzurk' of the society and touches Popatlal, causing the bachelor's epic reaction. Bhide was, actually, obviously, talking about Bapuji.
Chachaji has no intentions of bursting the fire crackers or even be around them
Champak chacha refuses to burst the crackers, stating he has a bad experience with them. He, in fact, even refuses to be around the crackers when they burst. Thus, Bhide decides he would burst the crackers. Unfortunately, there is no way to do so.
When Bhide discovers there is no way to burst the cracker, he is majorly disappointed for obvious reasons. Jethalal, who has bought the fire cracker, asks Bagha to call the seller. However, the seller’s number is unreachable now. With that, Iyer feels that Jethalal was scammed (which is possible, given how the fire crackers were an exchange for the loan of Rs. 30 thousand).
