Here’s everything you can expect from tonight’s episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (available for streaming on SonyLIV via OTTplay Premium)…
Jethalal got the fire crackers for Diwali in Gokuldham society, but there’s no way of using it
Jethalal took the fireworks to Gokuldham society for Diwali celebrations. Bhide points out how the fireworks do not have any way to go off.
Jethalal calls Bagha for help, but it is of no use since it appears that they have just been scammed. Disappointed, Bhide walks out.
Was Jethalal scammed into buying the fire crackers?
Popatlal tries to reach Ramesh but cannot. That is when Iyer points out the obvious - they might have come across a fraud who has scammed them with the fireworks.
What happened on TMKOC last night?
Ramesh had a pending loan with Jethalal. He came back to repay the loan after years. However, he did not repay it with money, but goods exchange. He made promises including that the crackers will burst 500 times, and that Mukesh and Gautam bought the very crackers in Rs. 50 thousand. When Jethalal was not convinced even after that, Ramesh showed him a video, promising that the crackers would burst and “Happy Diwali From Gokuldham Society,” would be written up in the sky. Furthermore, Ramesh offered to work under Jethalal for free all his life if his promises are fake. This convinced the businessman to take the firecrackers back to Gokuldham society. And the rest is history.
