Danav has joined the members for the celebrations with his wife Gulab. He, for once, is humble and his wife Gulab is normal too. Inspector Chalu Pandey, also a part of the celebrations, praises the Mahila Mandal because of whom Danav is now 'manav' (human).
Popatlal and Taarak Mehta’s opinion on Ravan Dahan
That is when Taarak shares knowledge about Raavan, who was well-educated but did not respect women. He recalls the moment Ravan Dahan commenced, after kidnapping Goddess Sita.
Popatlal then says that Danav's 'duniya hila dalo' by which he meant that all the negative thoughts should be thrown out the mind. Dr. Hathi agrees that one should try to be a good human being.

To that, Pandey talks about respecting men just as much. That's when his wife Basundi feels that Pandey was talking to her indirectly and questions him, thus making it a funny moment.
Tapu sena's surprise is revealed. Tapu spills that Mahila Mandal and Sonu will take care of Ravan Dahan this year. With that, the Ravan Dahan commences. Basundi, Gulab and Bawri also join he Ravan Dahan. Sonu takes the lead and burns the Raavan.
