Madhavi breaks the news of Bhide’s sickness

Madhavi does dandiya shopping for Tapu sena as well as herself, and talks about Bhide being unwell. That is when she informs about her husband being down with fever and a sore throat.

Tapu sena joins her to check up on Bhide. Gogi mistakes Bhide for a thief and plans to nab him with the help of Tapu sena. They pick Bhide up in the confusion. Madhavi informs it is Bhide and not a thief. Thus, Tapu sena apologize profusely and Gogi asks Bhide to not go out or he would be beaten up.

Madhavi scolds Bhide for eating three scoops of ice-cream despite sore throat. Tapu sena also ask Bhide to control his urges.

Popatlal and Tapu sena take responsibility of handling Navratri preparations

Just then, Popatlal enters as well. Tapu sena informs Popatlal about Bhide eating three scoops of ice-cream and thus, losing his voice. Popatlal calls the teacher out for not keeping discipline.

With his actions, Bhide scolds Popatlal. Understanding his actions, Madhavi screams, "Aye chup," at Popatlal. Her translations lead to hilarious outcomes.

Tapu sena get anxious thinking what if Bhide doesn’t get well before Navratri. When Popatlal takes up responsibility with Tapu sena, Bhide loses his calm again and states that Popatlal might cancel everything. Tapu sena finally leave after getting the budget from Bhide. Popatlal stays back and praises Madhavi for being a great translator. The journalist wishes for a similar wife, who understands him completely.

Popatlal cancels every contractor, leaving Tapu sena nervous

Popatlal discusses the plan with Tapu sena, and asks them where to begin instead. Tapu states they should talk to a contractor, and approach Abdul for the same. Even though Abdul has the number if a contractor, the person has left. When Abdul names a second contractor, Popatlal cancels it, thus leading to more steps in the process. Popat rejects the process itself, and Tapu takes the initiative to find the name and number of the contractors. And he does.

Popatlal calls a contractor and gets to know that he's in prison after a bride and groom got injured when the mandap fell on them. Finally, Chotu bhai agrees but asks for items required in decorations. This leaves Tapu sena as well as Popatlal anxious about what would happen if they find no decorator at all.
