Jethalal calls up Dunkiwala on video to talk about his situation - the fridges being in the society compound. He apologizes but talks about the deal.

Dunkiwala keeps holding the deal, and shows a crude smile on hearing about Jethalal's situation. Jethalal requests Dunkiwala to take the 35 fridges within an hour.

Dunkiwala shows his true colours, is a fraudster

Reality strikes, as Dunkiwala finally shows his true colours. He refuses the deal, leaving Jethalal extremely worried. They, on the other hand, show their devil laugh.

The motive behind their actions was getting new fridges from Jethalal. They sold the fridges too. With that, Dunkiwala shows Jethalal the payment for selling those fridges.

Jethalal scared of facing the reality after the call

On hearing and seeing it all, Jethalal faints and Taarak Mehta, already in on the conversation, comes to his best friend's rescue. Jethalal is worried about his image among people now.

His mind first goes to his dearest Babita ji. She calls him 'bewakoof' despite being an intelligent businessman and expresses disappointment in Jethalal's figment of imagination.

He then believes that Tapu will take over the business after this loss. Further, Jethalal is scared of Bhide's harsh judgement, but gets one from Dr. Hathi too. Bapuji gives him a scolding too, till Mehta snaps Jethalal back to reality.
