Bhide wants to get his fridge repaired, but the device has taken its final breath. Bagha confirmed the news to Bhide and asked him to sell his fridge. While that was sorted, Jethalal got an opportunity to sell Bhide’s fridge to a big client. Jethalal discusses the Bhide situation with Bagha
Jethalal stops Bagha, who is back to place the toolkit where it belongs. Bagha is asked if Bhide's fridge got repaired and of course, Bagha is dejected with the work. He recalls how two months back, he had warned Bhide of what is to come.
Bagha discusses how he asked Bhide to buy a new fridge. He then talks about requesting Bhide to give the fridge away in trash and buy a new one from their store.
Jethalal is unhappy since Bagha told Bhide to buy a fridge from their store. Almost getting into Bhide's mind, Jethalal states that the secretary would feel that they are trying to make a sale, owing to which they are lying about the fridge having no scope of repair. Bagha apologizes and tells Jethalal that he would set the record straight with Bhide, only to be told to focus on work instead.
Jethalal-Natu Kaka’s banter on sending Bagha to the godown
Jethalal asks Bagha to go to the godown, which raises the question of what is the job there. Jethalal, however, asks Bagha to package himself inside the box and sleep there itself.
Natu kaka takes it a step ahead by informing 'Sethji' that there's no empty box of Bagha's size in the godown. When Jethalal tells Natu kaka it is not the time to joke, the latter asks who started the joke anyway.
Jethalal wants Bagha to check the stock in the godown. He, however, heads to the store to keep the toolkit. Almost abusing Bagha, Jethalal states the toolkit is Natu kaka's responsibility and Bagha should be in the godown.
A new client wants the only fridge Bhide owns
Just as Bagha heads out, he sees an SUV stop in front of him and goes on to inform Jethalal about it. He asks Jethalal to get ready assuming that a big client is on his way. Just as Bagha announces every moment, Jethalal jokes about being unable to see what is going down.
Just as the short assistant is about to open the door, Bagha does the honours. This pushes the assistant in the store and the client stays outside with the door closed. Of course, Bagha is about to get a good scolding from Jethalal.
The client wants a fridge from only one company, which Jethalal does not sell (since the company went under). However, Bagha already knows that Bhide owns the fridge of the very company. The client agrees to buy the fridge despite the condition. In fact, he even offers Rs. 30 thousand for the same. Obviously, this leaves Jethalal deep in thoughts about what exactly is going on.
