Jethalal, Bagha and the Purush mandali of Gokuldham society have just taken 35 fridges out of the mini truck into the society compound by themselves. They did so after knowing that no labour was available. Now imagine what would happen when they come to know that labour was available? Exactly. Natu kaka found labour, but a little too late. Obviously, he got a scolding from everyone but mainly from Bagha for not calling him up if he found labour. Natu kaka screams congratulations to Jethalal

Natu kaka comes to the society compound with Bawri. He screams, "Congratulations," from afar. This is while Bagha is already in the compound. Bagha, who had helped Jethalal keep the fridges in the compound, looks at them with confused yet worried eyes.

Natu kaka finds labour, leaving Bhide and Popatlal angry

Natu kaka comes screaming that he found labour (after all the members helped place the fridges in the society compound). On hearing this, Bhide and Popatlal are especially angry.

Natu kaka finally gets to know what exactly happened - Jethalal requesting Purush mandali to help keep the fridges in the compound.

Natu kaka scolds Bagha, only to be scolded back

Natu kaka scolds Bagha for not informing Jethalal about him finding the labour available. Bagha had informed Jethalal, but assumed that there was no labour since Natu kaka didn't call them. Bagha scolds Natu kaka instead, and Iyer calmly explains the same thing. Natu kaka blames Jethalal for involving the Purush mandali in getting the fridge inside the society compound.
