Why did Anita want to divorce Vibhuti Narayan?

A woman named Chummalina claimed to have been intimate with Vibhuti Narayan, who she mistook for Tendua. While Anita defended her husband, he told her in private that he is Tendua and has been hiding his identity from Anita all this while. She was shocked on learning that and decided that she wants to divorce Vibhuti and be with Manmohan. However, after it was revealed that Tendua is someone else and he and Chummalina are in a happy relationship, Vibhuti came out with the truth – that he has only loved Anita all this while.
