"He made the decision to exit the show independently. It was his choice; we never prompted him to depart. He now believes he should have remained part of the show and appreciates it. After 16 years, individuals have their own personal reasons for leaving, and it is unrealistic to expect anyone to stay indefinitely," Asit explained.
The producer emphasized that it is a notable achievement that many actors from TMKOC continue to be involved with the series. He further stated that Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah transcends mere financial success; it embodies an emotional connection. "After 16 years, both the show and its cast have evolved. People have changed, and the children who joined the show have grown up," he added.
