Netflix is set to add Crime Patrol to its streaming lineup, following the success of CID. Anup Soni, the series host, along with the anthology that explores true crime stories, has gained significant recognition. The series will be available on Netflix starting March 17, 2025, having been accessible on SonyLIV (OTTplay Premium) since its inception.

Crime Patrol, produced by Sony Entertainment Television, was developed by Subramanian S. Iyer. The subsequent seasons were produced by Optimystix Entertainment, while the initial season was developed and directed by Cinevistaas Limited. The first two seasons feature episodes that run for 30 minutes, while the third season and beyond have episodes lasting 40 minutes.

This reality crime series, set in India, delves into detailed investigations of high-profile cases and the pursuit of justice against offenders. It dramatizes real-life criminal events, with Anup Soni narrating true accounts of kidnapping, murder, and harassment, while also proposing measures to prevent such crimes. The series serves as an educational tool, providing insights into the criminal landscape.
