With the introduction of Job Match, LinkedIn seeks to mitigate this challenge by providing a tool that assists candidates in identifying opportunities that align with their qualifications and expertise.

How the Job Match Feature Works

Job Match operates by evaluating an applicant's professional background and juxtaposing it with the qualifications required for a specific job. In contrast to conventional systems that depend on keyword matching, this feature conducts a thorough analysis of a candidate's profile to assess their suitability for the position. When the AI identifies a strong alignment, it encourages users to submit their applications. Moreover, LinkedIn has identified the most sought-after job positions in India, based on growth trends observed over the last three years. Notable roles experiencing increased demand include:

- Aircraft Maintenance Engineers, tasked with the upkeep and repair of aircraft, particularly in cities such as Hyderabad, Delhi, and Mumbai.
