Virat Kohli, the star player of Royal Challengers Bengaluru, captivated fans online on Sunday by mimicking WWE legend John Cena's famous 'You can't see me' gesture during a practice session at Wankhede Stadium, in preparation for their IPL 2025 match against the Mumbai Indians.

In a video shared by RCB on their social media platforms, Kohli showcased his diamond-studded T20 World Cup ring while dancing to Cena's theme song, 'The Time is Now.' The clip also featured him dancing with Tim David in the RCB dressing room, quickly gaining traction on social media. RCB captioned the post: “His time is now, forever.”

Earlier this year, in February, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) honored each member of the 2024 T20 World Cup-winning team with a diamond ring during the Naman Awards ceremony. This ring, known as the "Champions Ring," features the name and jersey number of each player, with the Ashoka Chakra prominently displayed in the center. Surrounding the Chakra are the words: "India T20 World Champions 2024."

In the final match of the 2024 T20 World Cup, India triumphed over South Africa, with Kohli leading the team by scoring 76 runs off 59 balls. His outstanding performance earned him the Player of the Match accolade.

Can RCB bounce back to winning ways?

Bengaluru made an encouraging beginning in the 18th edition of the league by securing victories in their first two matches against the reigning champions, Kolkata Knight Riders, and Chennai Super Kings. However, their attempt to achieve a third consecutive win was thwarted by the Gujarat Titans, who disrupted their homecoming at Chinnaswamy Stadium last week. Currently, they hold the second position in the points table.

RCB's next challenge will be against the Mumbai Indians at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. The former champions are presently situated in eighth place on the table, having recorded only one win alongside three losses.

In the ongoing IPL 2025 season, Virat has accumulated 97 runs across three matches, boasting an average of 48.50 and a strike rate exceeding 134, including one half-century.
