The situation at Tottenham Hotspur, a Premier League club, continues to deteriorate. Recently, the Spurs faced a 2-4 loss against Wolves, leaving them in a troubling 15th position on the league table. The team's poor performances have created discord within the locker room, and according to a report from The Sun, the club suspects the presence of a mole who is disclosing confidential information from the dressing room.

Manager Ange Postecoglou has publicly stated that there is a leak within the organization that has been consistently sharing sensitive information with the outside world. The report indicates that the club has gathered a dossier documenting ten incidents over the past two seasons.

“We have identified a leak within the club. We have a sense of its source and will address it. Ideally, we would hope that everyone in our organization is collaborating with us rather than undermining us," Postecoglou was quoted by The Sun.

The Sun also featured an article titled 'Spurlock Holmes', revealing that the most recent leak occurred during the club's 1-1 draw at home against Eintracht Frankfurt in the first leg of the UEFA Europa League quarter-finals last week.

Prior to the match, it was reported online that winger Wilson Odobert would be sidelined due to a hamstring injury. Although he was listed on the bench, he did not participate in the game.

The Sun noted that the club has been keeping track of instances when information regarding player injuries, fitness, and lineups has been disclosed. The number of leaks has now reached double digits, causing significant concern for the club as sensitive information continues to be shared with the media.

Tottenham's dismal Premier League campaign 

Tottenham Hotspur has experienced 17 defeats in the Premier League over the course of 32 matches this season, marking the highest number of losses in a single season in over two decades.

The Australian coach took charge prior to the commencement of the 2023-24 season. Nevertheless, he has struggled to achieve a favorable series of results.

Previously, the Tottenham manager expressed that he would be dismissed at the conclusion of the season, even if he were to lead the team to victory in the Europa League.

Home fans have consistently expressed their discontent, chanting, "You don't know what you're doing."
