India, Feb. 10 -- The Philadelphia Eagles achieved a decisive 40-22 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs in the highly anticipated NFL Super Bowl event held in New Orleans on Monday. This Super Bowl featured numerous celebrities, with tennis icon Serena Williams capturing attention as she made a surprise appearance during Kendrick Lamar's halftime performance.

Lamar performed his popular track "Not Like Us," while Williams showcased her dance skills on stage. The rapper acknowledged her in his lyrics, stating, "From Alondra down to Central, better not speak on Serena."

With this victory, the Philadelphia Eagles became the first NFL team to secure three consecutive Super Bowl titles. Quarterback Jalen Hurts was honoured as the game's Most Valuable Player. He remarked, "I've been able to use every experience and learn from it, the good and the bad, using it as fuel."

"There will always be doubts and questions, but this is my purpose and calling in life. Everything happens at the right time, and the last Super Bowl wasn't meant for us. Sometimes, we must accept that we need to wait our turn. I couldn't achieve any of this without my teammates," he continued.

Hurts completed 17 of 22 passes for 221 yards, throwing two touchdown passes to AJ Brown and DeVonta Smith, along with one interception. He also rushed for 72 yards and scored a touchdown.

On the other hand, Kansas City quarterback Patrick Mahomes acknowledged the Eagles' performance, stating, "Credit to the Eagles; they outplayed us from start to finish. The turnovers were detrimental—I take full responsibility for that. Those early turnovers shifted the game's momentum, and they capitalized on them. I essentially handed them 14 points, making it difficult to recover in the Super Bowl. I did not perform to my standards, and I must improve for the next opportunity."
