In addition to his remarkable performance, Shami captivated fans with a celebratory flying kiss after claiming his fifth wicket, Taskin Ahmed. During the post-match press conference, he revealed that this gesture was dedicated to his late father, who passed away in 2017. "That is for my father because he is my role model. Pursuing a target of 229, India successfully reached 231/4 in 46.3 overs, with Shubman Gill delivering a match-winning performance, scoring an unbeaten century. The opener amassed 101 runs off 129 deliveries, including nine fours and two sixes, leading India to a six-wicket victory. Rohit and his team are set to face Pakistan in their next match on Sunday in Dubai. Shami is currently spearheading India's bowling attack in the absence of Jasprit Bumrah.
