Klaasen looked like he was playing on a different pitch compared to his teammates, showcasing his skills during his 44-ball innings with 9 fours and 2 sixes at a strike rate of 161.36. Manohar started off a bit slow, which was necessary, but picked up the pace at the right time, hitting 3 sixes and 2 fours before being dismissed hit-wicket in the last over.

A moment of forgetfulness by Ishan Kishan

All four top-order batsmen for SRH -- openers Travis Head (0) and Abhishek Sharma (8), along with Ishan Kishan (1) and Nitish Kumar Reddy (2) -- were all out for single-digit scores, leaving the team with just 24 runs during the powerplay. Kishan's dismissal raised eyebrows, as he started to walk off without waiting for the umpire's call, despite the opposition's weak appeal. When he returned to the dressing room, replays revealed there was no spike on the Snickometer as the ball went by his bat.
