The 11th season of the highly anticipated Celebrity Cricket League, a T20 tournament structured in a Test format where each team competes in two innings of ten overs, is scheduled to commence on January 31. This league uniquely merges the realms of entertainment and sports, showcasing the cricketing talents of film stars, technicians, and other personalities. The matches will take place over nearly a month, exclusively on weekends, with one match on Friday and two matches each on Saturday and Sunday.

CCL 2024: Bengal Tigers emerge victorious, overcoming the Karnataka Bulldozers at last.

This season features eight teams: Karnataka Bulldozers, Mumbai Heroes, Bhojpuri Dabanggs, Telugu Warriors, Bengal Tigers, Chennai Rhinos, Kerala Strikers, and Punjab De Sher. Each team will compete in four matches, with the top four teams advancing to the semi-finals. Last year, the team that lost the first qualifier had an opportunity to compete in the final through a second qualifier against the winner of the eliminator. However, based on the announced schedule, this year appears to adopt a straightforward semi-final format among the top four teams.

All matches were available for live streaming on JioCinema, with Sony Sports Ten5 serving as the broadcast partner. The organizers of the league have yet to disclose the official broadcast and streaming partners for the 2025 season.

Celebrity Cricket League 2024 live streaming – Viewing options for the star-studded T20 cricket tournament

In the previous year, marking the significant 10th edition, the tournament commenced with a weekend in Sharjah before returning to India for the remainder of the matches. Vishnu Induri, the Managing Director of Celebrity Cricket League, has collaborated with Alankar Pandian of Invenio Origin for this edition of the tournament.
