However, when the Tigers took to the crease, runs did not come easily, as the Warriors limited them to a mere 106 runs for the loss of 2 wickets, with the majority of the runs contributed by Jammy Banerjee, who scored 78.

The task appeared quite manageable for a team like the Warriors; however, the Tigers effectively limited their scoring to 87 runs for the loss of 5 wickets during their initial 10 overs. A mere 15-run lead may not seem significant if the second innings total is modest, yet Jammy played a pivotal role in ensuring the Tigers reached a total of 128 runs, contributing 54 runs in an unbeaten performance. Ultimately, the Tigers concluded their innings with a score of 147 runs.

Pursuing a target of 148 runs for victory is a considerable challenge for any team.
