Vidaamuyarchi, featuring Ajith Kumar and directed by Magizh Thirumeni, is one of the most eagerly awaited Tamil movies of 2025. The well-known actor recently finished shooting for this action thriller after several delays. According to the latest news, the Vidaamuyarchi team is gearing up to release the much-anticipated first single from the film soon. Anirudh Ravichander, the talented musician behind the film's score, shared an exciting update about it not too long ago.

Vidaamuyarchi's debut single is set to drop on a specific date!

Anirudh Ravichander just shared some exciting news on his social media about the first single from Vidaamuyarchi. He posted, “Sawadeeka sawadeeka.. trip-ah tripping ka... trip-ah tripping ka... Sawadeeka sawadeeka.. yakka kapunkaa.. yakka kapunkaa... #Vidaamuyarchi single dropping at 1pm tomorrow..” on his official X (formerly Twitter) account.

From what Anirudh hinted, it looks like this highly anticipated track is going to be a catchy romantic tune that fans will love. The first single from Vidaamuyarchi features vocals by Anthony Daasan and lyrics by Arivu.

It looks like Vidaamuyarchi is set to make its big screen debut on January 10, 2025, if the latest buzz is accurate. While the producers haven't officially confirmed the release date yet, it's been hinted that the film is aiming for a Pongal 2025 launch. Plus, we can expect the trailer for this highly anticipated project to drop on New Year's Day 2025. The official release details should come out alongside the trailer. 

Ajith Kumar and Trisha Krishnan will portray a married couple in the upcoming film Vidaamuyarchi, with Arjun Sarja taking on the role of the main villain. The supporting cast includes Regina Cassandra, Arav, Sravan, Nikhil Nair, Dasarathi, Ganesh, and more. Anirudh Ravichander is in charge of the music and original score. The cinematography is managed by Om Prakash and Nirav Shah, while NB Srikanth takes care of the editing. Vidaamuyarchi is being produced by Lyca Productions.
