The makers of Malayalam upcoming film, Mr & Mrs Bachelor, have released its first song today (August 15), a week ahead of its theatrical release. The soundtrack titled, Pathitha Hridhaya, is composed by P S Jayhari. J'mymah and Mena Melath have sung this track. It gives a glimpse of Anaswara Rajan's character as a bride-on-the-run and her search for the one she loves.
All about Indrajith’s Mr & Mrs Bachelor
Claimed to be a romantic comedy, the film will open in theatres on August 23. This film, which is helmed by Deepu Karunakaran, the director of Karinkunnam 6, stars Anaswara Rajan as the lead female character.
According to the recent teaser, Anaswara Rajan's character Stephy is a prospective bride who runs away on her wedding day. As a bachelor who is probably in his 40s, Indrajith Sukumaran's character can be seen giving Stephy a ride in his car. The sneak peek for the upcoming road movie teases some hilarious moments.
In supporting parts in the movie are Rahul Madhav, Deepu Karunakaran, Sohan Seenulal, and Biju Pappan. Prakash Highline produces Mr & Mrs Bachelor under the Highline Pictures banner. Arjun T Sathyan has penned the screenplay for the movie. It is expected that the film will highlight Indrajith's ease with humour and aid in his success this year. Marivillin Gopurangal, his latest movie, did not do well at the box office.

There are a tonne of exciting Malayalam films coming out in August, many of which will be making their theatrical premieres on August 23. Both Meera Jasmine's Paalum Pazhavum and Manju Warrier's Footage will open in theatres on the same day. On this day, Saiju Kurup's first feature film, Bharathanatyam, will premiere. This date has been rescheduled for Bhavana's horror thriller Hunt and Shine Tom Chacko film, Thaanara. In the meantime, August 22 is when Vineeth Sreenivasan's comedy drama Oru Jaathi Jathakam is scheduled to debut in theatres.
