Three days post-release, the creators of Deva unveiled a new song titled Marji Cha Maalik, which showcases Shahid. This track serves to introduce Kapoor's character, Dev Ambre, within the narrative of the film.

The latest song by Deva, titled Marji Cha Maalik, has been launched on YouTube. It features Shahid Kapoor in the role of Dev Ambre, a police officer who leads his life according to his principles. The composition embodies the fearless nature of Dev's character. Performed by Shreyas, Marji Cha Maalik showcases Shahid's persona, radiating confidence and engaging in thrilling action sequences.

The song prominently showcases the intimate moments between Shahid and Pooja Hegde, highlighting their palpable chemistry that has captivated audiences online. For those unfamiliar, the film Deva is produced by Zee Studios and Roy Kapur Films. On the eve of the film's release, Shahid took to social media to express his emotions.

He posted a still from Deva on his Instagram, stating, "One year of blood, sweat, and tears. 2024 was all DEVA !!! MERA DIL MERI JAAN. MERA KAAM MERI SHIDDAT. MERA ACTING KE LIYE PYAAR. MERI AUDIENCE KE LIYE MOHOBBAT (sic)."

In a recent interview with Hindustan Times, Pooja Hegde discussed her collaboration with Shahid Kapoor in the film Deva.
