Alia Bhatt’s highly awaited action film Jigra is inching closer to its release date. The movie also features newcomer Vedang Raina in the lead role. Ahead of the movie’s theatrical release on October 11, the makers dropped a melodious title track on October 7. One of the highlights of the title song is that it is crooned by Vedang in his soothing voice.

Alia's reel brother Vedang has yet again impressed fans as he shared the title song on his social media handle. The actor, who debuted as a singer in Netflix’s The Archies is all set with another soulful song. This time it is the title track of his upcoming film Jigra. The soulful main song titled Jigra is crooned by the young and talented Vedang Raina. Achint has composed the title track, along with the heartfelt lyrics by Varun Grover.

Taking to Instagram, Vedang shared a captivating video for his song and wrote in the caption, “Dikha de Jigra, ki ab jo teri baari ho! #JigraTitleTrack out now, sung by yours trul️y.”

In the song, Vedang is seen performing with a guitar against the beautifully lit backdrop as he lends his soothing voice to the inspirational song. Take a look below:

Meanwhile, three days ago another song titled Tenu Sang Rakhna was released by the makers. It is winning hearts on the internet and fans have been loving Alia and Vedang's sibling bond in it.

Alia Bhatt and Vedang Raina play a sibling duo in Vasan Bala’s upcoming action film Jigra. Vedang will be seen in and as Jigra in his second acting project, alongside Alia Bhatt. Both stars are currently busy promoting their film, and the title track released today has elevated fans’ excitement to a new level.

Jigra revolves around the brother-sister duo and their relationship. Alia Bhatt plays Vedang’s elder sister Satya, who will fight against the odds to save her younger brother, Ankur (Vedang) after he is sentenced to death.

The movie is backed by producers Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Alia Bhatt, Shaheen Bhatt, and Somen Mishra and is slated for an October 11 weekend release.
