The talented young actor Kiran Abbavaram is set to lead the cast in the forthcoming film DilRuba, alongside heroine Rukshar Dhillon. This project is a collaborative effort between Sivam Celluloid, the esteemed music label Saregama, and their production entity A Yoodle Film. The production team includes Ravi, Jojo Jose, Rakesh Reddy, and Saregama, with Vishwa Karun at the helm as director. DilRuba is scheduled for a significant theatrical release on March 14, aligning with the Holi festival. The second single from the film, titled "Hey Jingili," was unveiled at an event held today in Hyderabad.
During the event, producer Ravi expressed his appreciation, stating, "I extend my gratitude to everyone who participated in the release event for our movie DilRuba's second single, 'Hey Jingili'. I would like to particularly thank our team for their efforts in making the film well-received. Although our film is not intended for a pan-India release, we have produced it to meet pan-India standards. We are eager for its release on March 14 and are confident that DilRuba will resonate with audiences."
Choreographer Eshwar Penti also shared his sentiments, remarking, "I am thankful to director Vishwa Karun for the opportunity to choreograph the song 'Hey Jingili' in DilRuba. Kiran's fans have been praising his impressive urban-style dance moves for this track. We aspire for this song to become a trending sensation on social media. The lyrics by Bhaskara Batla were instrumental in guiding the choreography. It was a delight to collaborate with Rukshar, and I hope that both the song and the film achieve great success."
Lyricist Bhaskara Batla expressed, "The song 'Hey Jingili' did not materialize exactly as we had originally planned. We approached Sam CS to inquire if he had any melodies, and he presented one to us that we instantly appreciated. We then shared it with Kiran and Director Viswa, who both concurred with our enthusiasm. This is how 'Hey Jingili' was created. The song embodies the essence of DilRuba and is pivotal to the film's success. I regard hero Kiran Abbavaram as a brother, and our collaboration dates back to SR Kalyanamandapam. Director Viswa Karun has infused the project with energy, and Rukshar captivates with her charm. Eshwar’s choreography is exceptional, and I am confident that DilRuba will achieve great success."
Director Viswa Karun remarked, "We trust that you all appreciated the song 'Hey Jingili.' The chemistry between Kiran and Rukshar in this piece is remarkable. The song illustrates a young man's experience of falling in love for the first time and feeling regal. However, when that love falters and he finds himself in love once more, trepidation arises. Bhaskara Batla's lyrics adeptly convey these sentiments. Sam CS provided us with an outstanding melody, and the song was completed within an hour. 'Hey Jingili' is set to become a significant track in DilRuba, and we hope for your support of our film."
Actress Ruksar Dhillon expressed that "DilRuba" is a film that embodies pure love, emotion, and sentiment. She emphasized that she has invested her heart into her role, conveying profound love and emotion. Although the film's release has experienced a slight delay, it is now scheduled to premiere on March 14th, aligning with the vibrant festival of Holi. Dhillon highlighted the significance of her character within the narrative, allowing her to portray deep emotional experiences. She anticipates that the scenes featuring Kiran and herself will leave a lasting impression. Dhillon is looking forward to the audience's reactions after they view the film in theatres, and her entire team shares in this excitement. She referenced a line from the song 'Hey Jingili,' asking, "Will you come with me?" and invited everyone to join them in watching "DilRuba" on March 14th, as the entire team eagerly awaits the occasion.
Hero Kiran Abbavaram expressed his pride and joy in working on the film DilRuba, describing it as an intense musical love story that is sure to engage audiences. He noted that Saregama is making its debut in Tollywood with this project. Producer Ravi and director Viswa Karun have dedicated three years of hard work to ensure the film's success. Although the initial plan was to release DilRuba on Valentine's Day, they decided to postpone it. After the completion of the Sankranthi films, they reassessed the content, organized the promotional strategy, and ultimately chose to release it on March 14th, coinciding with Holi, which he believes is a perfect date for the launch. Abbavaram expressed gratitude for the producers' support, which has allowed for a thoughtful release rather than a rushed one. He also shared his enthusiasm for collaborating with Rukshar, highlighting their chemistry in the song 'Hey Jingili.' Abbavaram praised Bhaskara Batla for treating him like a brother and for his meticulous songwriting, which he believes will resonate with audiences. He commended Sam CS for his beautiful musical composition for DilRuba, noting that 'Aggipulle' has already become a hit and that 'Hey Jingili' is receiving positive feedback. A third single will be released soon. Abbavaram expressed confidence that viewers will appreciate the film even more after experiencing Sam CS's background score in theatres. He mentioned that his character in DilRuba is intense, with equally compelling action scenes, which have been expertly choreographed by Pruthvi Master. He assured that the teaser trailer accurately represents the film, with no extraneous content included. The film is presented in a musical format, and he encouraged audiences to support DilRuba by watching it in theatres on March 14th.
