A.R. Murugadoss clarifies that Sikandar isn't a remake

Sikandar has been making quite a splash since its first teaser dropped, thanks to its thrilling action, impressive performances, and grand scale. Director A.R. Murugadoss, who’s known for creating unique cinematic experiences, is gearing up to deliver an action-packed entertainer that’s totally original and not a remake of any film. He addressed the rumors suggesting it might be a remake of Vijay’s popular movie Sarkar, firmly putting those claims to rest.

He stated, "This is a completely original story. Every scene, every frame of Sikandar has been designed and executed with authenticity, offering a fresh narrative and experience. It’s not a remake or adaptation of any existing film."

A key element of the film’s originality is its amazing background score, created by the incredibly talented Santosh Narayanan. His music fits perfectly with the film’s lively tone and stunning visuals, adding an emotional layer that elevates every moment.

A.R. Murugadoss is at the helm of Sikandar, with Sajid Nadiadwala producing. The movie features an impressive cast, including Kajal Aggarwal, Sathyaraj, Sharman Joshi, and Prateik Babbar.
