The song "Sawadeeka" from the film Vidaamuyarchi has been unveiled by the creators. This movie, featuring Ajith Kumar and Trisha Krishnan, is set to premiere in theatres during the Pongal festival. The music for the song has been composed by Anirudh Ravichander.

The film's production team unveiled the audio of "Sawadeeka" across multiple platforms on Friday afternoon, followed by the release of the lyrical video later that evening. The video, which has a duration of 3 minutes and 31 seconds, features the characters portrayed by Ajith and Trisha as they celebrate their wedding, accompanied by a lively Mariachi-style song.

The lyrics for the track were penned by Arivu, while the vocals were delivered by Anthony Daasan and Anirudh. Additionally, Ajith and Trisha are seen joyfully dancing with their loved ones during the wedding festivities. Upon the song's release, Anirudh shared a message on X (formerly Twitter), stating, “Happy New Year and love you all. Dearest AK sir #MagizhThirumeni @trishtrashers.”

Fans expressed their excitement upon witnessing Ajith performing in a suit, with one admirer commenting on X (formerly Twitter), “Vintage #AjithKumar is BACK.” Another fan remarked, “Trippy and elegant.” Several supporters of Ajith Kumar anticipated that the song and its signature dance move would gain widespread popularity online. “The happiness cannot be articulated in words; seeing him after a two-year wait brings pure joy and dance,” shared one enthusiastic fan.

Vidaamuyarchi is among the most eagerly awaited films of the upcoming year. This project marks the first collaboration between Ajith and Magizh, while the actor also reunites with Trisha after a significant interval. In addition to the lead actors, the film features performances by Arjun Sarja, Arav, Regina Cassandra, and Ramya Subramanian. A substantial portion of the film was filmed in Azerbaijan.

As of now, a confirmed release date for the film has not been disclosed. It remains uncertain which other Tamil films, if any, will compete with Vidaamuyarchi, aside from Shankar’s debut Telugu film, Game Changer, starring Ram Charan and Kiara Advani.
