Sivakarthikeyan's collaboration with esteemed director AR Murugadoss for the project SK 23 was previously reported. On Monday, February 17, coinciding with the actor's birthday, significant news regarding the film was revealed. The title teaser has been released, and the film will now be known as Madharasi.

Sivakarthikeyan and AR Murugadoss' film is called Madharasi

The film, featuring Sivakarthikeyan, who recently appeared in Amaran, is one of several projects he is currently undertaking. This marks the first collaboration between Sivakarthikeyan and AR Murugadoss, with the film officially titled Madharasi.

The title teaser is dynamic and indicates that the film is an action thriller. It showcases explosive scenes, numerous action sequences, and brief appearances of various cast members, including Sivakarthikeyan in a rugged look. Madharasi will be released in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam, while the Hindi version will be titled Dil Madharasi.

Produced by Sri Lakshmi Movies, this anticipated action thriller will feature Kannada actress Rukmini Vasanth in her Tamil film debut as the female lead. The cast also includes Vidyut Jammwal, who previously collaborated with Murugadoss in Thuppaki and will portray the antagonist, along with Vikranth, Biju Menon, and Shabeer Kallarakkal, among others. The music for Madharasi will be composed by Anirudh Ravichander, with cinematography by Sudeep Elamon and editing by Sreekar Prasad. A release date for the film has not yet been disclosed.
