Good Bad Ugly is among the most eagerly awaited Tamil films of the year. Featuring Ajith Kumar in the leading role, the film is scheduled for release in theaters on April 10. Although there were earlier rumors suggesting that the filmmakers might host a special premiere for the Ajith Kumar film a day prior to its official release, it now appears that such premieres are unlikely to occur. Here’s the explanation behind this development.

Good Bad Ugly: Will Ajith Kumar film have paid premieres?

Ajith Kumar’s film Good Bad Ugly is preparing for its release on April 10. This highly anticipated movie is both written and directed by Adhik Ravichandran. Recently, there were discussions regarding the possibility of paid premieres taking place a day before the film's release. To verify this information, OTTplay consulted Tirupur Subramaniam, a notable figure in the Tamil Nadu theater and multiplex industry. He indicated that it is improbable that Good Bad Ugly will feature paid premieres.

“Typically, paid premieres involve increased ticket prices. In Tamil Nadu, tickets cannot be sold for more than Rs 190, making it impractical for the filmmakers to organize a premiere in advance. Furthermore, such premieres could raise safety concerns, especially considering the stampede that occurred during the Pushpa 2 premiere,” Tirupur Subramaniam stated.
