HBO has announced that filming for Season 4 of The White Lotus is set to commence in 2026. It remains uncertain whether any of the original cast members will reprise their roles in the upcoming season. In November 2024, Casey Bloys, the CEO of HBO and Max, revealed that creator and showrunner Mike White had already presented him with concepts for the new season.

Season 3 of The White Lotus is set in Thailand, premiering February 17, 2025

In a significant development, the Emmy-winning ensemble drama has received an early renewal just weeks before the premiere of Season 3, which is set to take place in Thailand on February 16, 2025. The inaugural season was filmed in Hawaii, and the sole cast member returning for the upcoming season is Natasha Rothwell, who portrayed the role of spa manager Belinda Lindsey. Additionally, Season 2 featured the return of Jennifer Coolidge in her role as Tanya McQuoid.

The series has thus far followed various groups of troublesome holidaymakers across both seasons, showcasing their interactions with the staff at the exquisite White Lotus resort while revealing their most sinister and entitled behaviours. Each season has also included an enigmatic death.

New cast members for Season 3 in Thailand

During the Thai segment of Rothwell's tour, attendees will encounter a notable lineup including Parker Posey, Walton Goggins, Jason Isaacs, Michelle Monaghan, Leslie Bibb, Dom Hetrakul, Tayme Thapthimthong, Christian Friedel, Julian Kostov, Morgana O'Reilly, Lek Patravadi, Shalini Peiris, Carrie Coon, Scott Glenn, Francesca Corney, Nicholas Duvernay, Arnas Fedaravičius, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Aimee Lou Wood, Sarah Catherine Hook, Sam Nivola, and Lisa, a member of the renowned group Blackpink.

The White Lotus achieved remarkable success, securing 15 Emmy Awards across its initial two seasons, with a standout win for Best Limited Series. The series transitioned into the drama category upon reuniting with Coolidge for its second season.

White, along with David Bernad and Mark Kamine, holds the position of executive producer for the series.

Season 3 to have 8 episodes, release dates for India

The White Lotus Season 3 will consist of eight episodes. The initial two episodes are set to debut on February 17, 2025, in India, and will be accessible for streaming on JioCinema (OTTplay Premium). Following this, the platform will release the subsequent episodes on a weekly schedule, concluding on April 6, 2025.
