The official summary of Ayyana Mane reveals that the show incorporates horror aspects, centered on the eerie deaths occurring in an ancient mansion where no woman has ever made it out alive. The plot centers on Jaji (Kushee), who marries into a family that has seen three other daughters-in-law meet untimely and mysterious ends. Once Jaji uncovers this unsettling truth, she sets out to investigate, enlisting the help of the household staff and a police officer. Are these deaths connected to the family's deity? Is there a curse involved, or is something even darker happening?

Jaji is racing against the clock to uncover crucial information that could save her life before it’s too late. Ayyana Mane is now part of the growing list of Zee5 originals, including titles like Ayali, Broken News, Vikkatakavi, Taj, and Manorathangal, marking it as the first Kannada series on the platform. It’s been some time since major content creators have explored the web series scene in Kannada. While a few shows like Honeymoon, By Mistake, and Hate U Romeo were produced by Niveditha Shivarajkumar and RJ Pradeepa with minimal buzz, others like Kyaabre went directly to YouTube.
