Vanangaan – Theatres (January 10)

Vanangaan features actor Arun Vijay in the lead role, under the direction of the esteemed filmmaker Bala. The film's music is composed by GV Prakash Kumar, and the cast includes Roshni Prakash, Samuthirakani, Mysskin, Ridha, Chhaya Devi, Bala Sivaji, Shanmugarajan, Yohan Chacko, Kavitha Gopi, Brindha Sarathy, Mai Pa Narayanan, Aruldas, Munish Sivagurunath, and others. This film is categorized as an action drama.

Game Changer – Theatres (January 10)

Game Changer is a political action thriller directed by Shankar. This Tamil-Telugu-Hindi production stars Ram Charan in dual roles, with Kiara Advani portraying the female lead. The film also features Anjali, SJ Suryah, Samuthirakani, and others. The music is composed by S Thaman, and the narrative centers on an honest IAS officer's struggle against a corrupt politician.

Madraskaaran – Theatres (January 10)

Madraskaaran stars Shane Nigam in the principal role and is directed by Vaali Mohan Das. The film boasts an ensemble cast that includes Kalaiyarasan, Niharika Konidela, Aishwarya Dutta, Karunas, Pandiarajan, and others. Madha Gaja Raja – Theatres (January 12)

After being shelved for nearly 13 years, Madha Gaja Raja, featuring Vishal in the lead role, is finally set for release. Directed by Sundar C, this commercial entertainer includes music by Vijay Antony and features a cast that comprises Anjali, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Santhanam, and others. The film is produced by Gemini Film Circuit.

Vera Maari Trip – Aha Tamil (Pongal)

As the second season of Vera Maari Office approaches its conclusion, Aha Tamil has unveiled a new series titled Vera Maari Trip, which follows a similar theme. The cast includes Jaiseelan, VJ Pappu, Raveena Daha, among others. The show is created and produced by RJ Shivakanth, with direction by Jaswini.

Bigg Boss Tamil season 8 – Disney+ Hotstar (ongoing)

The eighth season of Bigg Boss Tamil is drawing close to its finale, with contestants vying for the coveted ticket to the finale. The show is hosted by Vijay Sethupathi, and the winner will be announced in the upcoming weeks. Currently, the remaining contestants include Jacqueline, Pavithra Janani, Arun Prasath, Vishal, Deepak, Manjiri, Muthukumaran, Raayan, Raanav, and Soundarya.
