Nodidavaru Enantare, the latest film featuring Naveen Shankar, known for his role in Gultoo, premiered in theaters on January 31, 2025, and is set to debut on OTT platforms this week. Initially, there were no announcements regarding the availability of Kannada original films for streaming at the beginning of the week. However, recent reports indicated that Nodidavaru Enantare would soon be accessible online. Sources revealed that the film's content had already been uploaded to the platform, pending approval for the streaming date.

Nodidavaru Enantare headed to Prime Video

According to these reports, the film is expected to be available on Amazon Prime Video, with March 20 being proposed as the probable release date. While confirmation regarding the platform was received on March 19, the release date shifted by one day. Nodidavaru Enantare will officially start streaming on Prime Video on March 21, 2025. This week, the film will encounter significant competition in the OTT arena, as Kunchacko Boban’s Malayalam thriller Officer on Duty and Pradeep Ranganathan’s Tamil coming-of-age comedy Dragon are also set to release on March 20 and 21, respectively.

Directed by Kuldeep Cariappa, the film is a slow-burn narrative that delves into the emotional struggles of the protagonist, Siddharth, portrayed by Naveen. As a web designer grappling with abandonment issues and a recent romantic setback, Siddharth's personal challenges also impact his professional life. In his quest for stability, he embarks on a journey to seek answers to the existential dilemmas that have troubled him for years.

While Siddharth from Nodidavaru Enantare and Ranjith from Hondisi Bareyiri may initially appear similar—a notion even acknowledged by Naveen— their character arcs are fundamentally distinct. In this film, Naveen stars alongside Apoorva Bharadwaj, and Kuldeep has successfully reintroduced Padmavati Rao to Kannada cinema after a significant hiatus.

Although Naveen has not yet revealed his next project in Kannada cinema, he is set to reprise his role in Salaar: Shouryanga Parva, which is anticipated to commence production once director Prashant Neel finishes his current film with NTR Jr.
