Hanu-Man – ZEE5

HanuMan is a Telugu film which released earlier this year and is a superhero drama based on Hindu deity Hanuman. The film stars Teja Sajja, Amritha Aiyer, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Samuthirakani, Vinay Rai, Vennela Kishore and Raj Deepak Shetty among others. Set in a fictional place called Anjanadri, it follows the protagonist who gets the powers of the deity vested on him and how he uses to save his people and land. The film was a commercial success upon its release. Hanu-Man is directed by Prasanth Varma.

Vikram Vedha - ZEE5

Vikram Vedha is a 2017 action thriller film starring Madhavan, Vijay Sethupathi, Varalaxmi, Shraddha Srinath, Prem, Achyuth Kumar, Hareesh Peradi and Vivek Prasanna. Directed by Pushkar-Gayatri, Vikram Vedha takes inspiration from Vikram and Vetal. The film is about a police officer who sets out to capture a criminal. After the criminal surrenders himself, the criminal tells three stories which changes the perception of truth to the police officer.

Kondraal Paavam - Prime Video

Kondraal Paavam is a crime thriller starring Varalaxmi Sarathkumar in the lead role, with Santhosh Prathap, Easwari Rao and Charle playing prominent characters. A remake of Kannada film Aa Karaala Ratri, the film is directed by Dayal Padmanabhan who also helmed the original as well. The film follows the life of a family after they decide to accommodate a stranger, which sets the motion for a different turn of events.

Podaa Podi – Prime Video

Podaa Podi marked debut of Varalaxmi Sarathkumar and first film for director Vignesh Shivan. The film stars Silambarasan and is a romantic comedy drama about two individuals who fall in love and get separated after one fateful incident.
