The makers of Malayalam film, Vishesham, have released its trailer today (July 4). This comedy drama would hit the big screen on July 19. The release date was revealed in a poster recently. Sooraj Tom is the director of Vishesham, which is touted to be a promising comedy family entertainer.

The film's charming plot and likeable characters are sure to captivate audiences, as the trailer makes clear. A peek of its feel-good narrative centres on the union of two middle-aged individuals who fall in love and tie the knot. This story also discusses the social stigma they face for delaying having children.

The one-minute, 47-second video has a light-hearted but interesting storyline. It depicts Shiju, a middle-aged man who is looking for a life mate. But after a string of rejections and marriage proposals, he eventually meets Sajitha, a police officer. Their lives experience many ups and downs when they put off having children, and many people wonder if they are experiencing any fertility problems.

The funny movie, which is set in Kochi, also discusses the stigma attached to not being a parent and the rise in fertility treatments in the modern world. All in all, the trailer offers a humorous perspective on a number of pertinent subjects that married couples will undoubtedly find realistic.


What is Vishesham all about?

Breaking with convention, Vishesham tells a tale that celebrates the common person as a hero unto themselves, dispelling myths associated with the masculine hero archetype. Anand Madhusoodanan, a music director, will make his acting debut in Vishesham. Notable for his hits such as "Podimeesa Mulakkana Kaalam," Anand also penned the script for the film Vishesham.

Chinnu Chandni plays the female lead. Baiju Johnson, Althaf Salim, Johny Antony, Vineeth Thattil, P P Kunhikrishnan, Suraj Pops, Sijo Johnson, Shyni Sara Rajan, Ajitha Nambiar, Jilu Joseph, and Maala Parvathi are among the supporting cast members of the movie. Ani Sooraj provided the funding for this film through Step2Films.
