According to reports, the film is embroiled in legal complications stemming from financial issues, which have led to a court order preventing its release before 10:30 am on the day of its debut. As a court hearing is scheduled, the first screenings are expected to commence only after 11 am.

Actor Vikram has collaborated with filmmaker SU Arun Kumar for the upcoming film titled Veera Dheera Sooran: Part 2. The film is set to be released on Thursday, March 27, with the first day first show (FDFS) originally scheduled to start at 9 am IST.

However, the morning screenings have been cancelled, meaning the 9 am show will not take place on Thursday. Reports indicate that a court hearing is expected to occur around 10:30 am, after which the timing for the first show will be announced. It is anticipated that the FDFS will likely commence around 11 am. An official statement from the filmmakers regarding this matter is still pending. Additionally, the US premieres of Veera Dheera Sooran: Part 2 have also been called off.

Written and directed by SU Arun Kumar, known for the critically acclaimed film Chithha, Veera Dheera Soora: Part 2 features a cast that includes Dushara Vijayan, Suraj Venjaramoodu, SJ Suryah, Siddique, among others. The film is produced by HR Pictures, with music composed by GV Prakash Kumar.

It is important to highlight that this upcoming film serves as a sequel, with the first installment set to be released subsequently. Described as an action drama, Veera Dheera Soora: Part 2 marks Suraj's debut in the Tamil film industry. The film was initially scheduled to premiere alongside Mohanlal’s L2 Empuraan, directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran.
