Viduthalai: Part 2 gets an ‘A’ rating from the censor board!

It looks like the latest buzz is that Viduthalai: Part 2 has wrapped up its censor board checks. Reports say that Vetrimaaran’s much-anticipated film has received an ‘A’ certificate from the board. Rumor has it that the reason for this rating is the film's intense dialogues with a heavy political vibe. Plus, it seems like Vetrimaaran's direction might include quite a few violent scenes that wouldn’t be suitable for younger viewers.

Here's the scoop on Viduthalai: Part 2.

The Viduthalai series, crafted by Vetrimaaran, tells the tale of Kumaresan, a police constable caught between his duty and the people's fight against injustice. Soori, a well-known actor, stepped into leading roles with this film, which you can catch on Zee5 and OTTplay Premium. The sequel shifts focus to Perumal, the leader of Makkal Padai, portrayed by Vijay Sethupathi, with Manju Warrier playing his wife.

Supporting roles are filled by Bhavani Sre, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Rajiv Menon, Anurag Kashyap, Ken Karunas, Ilavarasu, Balaji Sakthivel, and others in Viduthalai Part 2. The music and original score are by Ilaiyaraaja, while R Velraj takes care of the cinematography and R Ramar handles the editing. This much-anticipated project is produced by Grass Root Film Company and RS Infotainment.
