Vidaamuyarchi, the upcoming action film stars Ajith Kumar in the lead role. The movie, directed by Magizh Thirumeni, is touted to be one of the most promising upcoming projects in Tamil cinema. Even though the makers of Vidaamuyarchi were planning to wrap up the filming by the end of Summer, the Azerbaijan schedule of the film was delayed due to technical issues. However, director Magizh and his team resumed the Azerbaijan schedule of the Ajith Kumar film a few weeks back, and it is now nearing completion.

Ajith Kumar and team to wrap up Vidaamuyarchi Azerbaijan schedule

As per the recent updates, Ajith Kumar, director Magizh Thirumeni, and the cast and crew members of Vidaamuyarchi are planning to wrap up the Azerbaijan schedule of the film, in a few days. If things go as planned, the team will complete the schedule on July 23, 2024. However, the entire filming of the highly anticipated action thriller is not finished yet. And it is the reason why director Magizh and team have reportedly decided to not take a long break from the project, after returning to India.

The sources close to the project suggest that the team is planning to have another shooting schedule to finish the pending portions of the film. However, the leftover portions of the film will be shot at the highly popular Ramoji Rao Film City of Hyderabad. The upcoming Hyderabad schedule, which is slated to go on floors by the first week of August 2024, is expected to be wrapped up in just 8 days. In that case, the entire Vidaamuyarchi shooting will be finished within the second week of August.

Vidaamuyarchi to hit the theatres in October?

As per the reports, the makers, Lyca Productions are keen to release the highly anticipated Ajith Kumar starrer in October 2024, during the Aayudha Pooja or Deepavali season. The team is actively considering October 10 and October 31, 2024 as the potential release dates of Vidaamuyarchi. However, a final decision on the same will be made only after director Magizh Thirumeni and his team wrap up the entire filming of the Ajith starrer.
