Rajinikanth, the legendary superstar of Tamil cinema is gearing up to release Vettaiyan, his next outing, in October 2024. The makers of the TJ Gnanavel directorial recently organized the grand Vettaiyan audio and prevue event, which was attended by the cast and crew members, and a few selected guests from the film industry. Rajinikanth’s entertaining and inspiring speech was the big highlight of the event. The Vettaiyan audio and prevue event is currently available on OTT for streaming.

Vettaiyan Prevue is out
Along with the grand audio launch, the makers also released the Vettaiyan Prevue video, which provides a glimpse of the world created by TJ Gnanavel and his team, at the event. The video introduces Rajinikanth as the encounter specialist super cop who faces trouble, after Sathyadev, a retired judge takes charge of the investigation against him. Amitabh Bachchan, the legendary Bollywood superstar is appearing as Sathyadev in the film.
As expected, the Vettaiyan Prevue video is an out-and-out Rajinikanth show, but also provides good screen space to Amitabh Bachchan. The rest of the star cast, including Fahadh Faasil, Manju Warrier, Rana Daggubati, Dushara Vijayan, Ritika Singh, Kishore, and others, just make a miss-and-blink appearances. From the prevue, it is safe to assume that the TJ Gnanavel directorial is going to be a high-octane action film which also puts forward some strong social commentary.
Anirudh Ravichander composed the songs and original score. SR Kathir I.S.C is the director of photography. The Rajinikanth starrer is produced by A Subaskaran, under the banner Lyca Productions. Vettaiyan is set to hit the theatres on October 10, 2024, in four launguages, including Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi.
