The way Venom: The Last Dance has managed to create buzz since it was revealed that Knull is the main villain of the movie is pretty amazing. The entire conversation around the movie changed in an instant, sparking much discussion, dissection, and excitement about a promising future. It turns out all of this buzz has positively impacted the movie, as the box office collections for the first two days have now been revealed, showing a positive trend that suggests a strong opening, potentially surpassing initial projections.

Venom: The Last Dance Box Office

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Venom: The Last Dance has collected $27.3 million from 47 international markets in its first two full days of release. This means the movie has earned around $30 million with an additional day. Thursday's collection for the third Venom film was $8.5 million. Notably, the movie's opening weekend projections have now spiked. It’s estimated that by the end of the first weekend, Venom: The Last Dance could earn $180 million at the global box office. 

In India, with a Gross Box Office (GBO) of ₹5.5 crore from paid previews and ₹8.5 crore on Friday, the film has earned a total GBO of ₹14 crore. Thursday (paid previews) brought in ₹5.5 crore, and Friday's collection was ₹8.5 crore. With the biggest paid preview for any Hollywood film in India post-pandemic, Venom: The Last Dance has also recorded the most successful opening of the franchise in India, achieving double the opening of Venom (2018) and 1.7 times the opening of Venom 2 (2021).
