According to reports, the reason for this situation is the investment made by the Bollywood entertainment company B4U in the film. The production company HR Pictures, which is funding Veera Dheera Sooran: Part 2, has arranged OTT and satellite agreements for the film to repay the financier. As these deals have not yet been finalized, B4U has filed a lawsuit against the producers of Veera Dheera Sooran: Part 2, seeking to halt the film's release.

A Delhi court, which held a hearing on Thursday morning, has mandated the filmmakers to pay Rs 7 crore and submit the necessary documents within 48 hours.
