After its theatrical run, John Abraham and Sharvari starred Vedaa made its way to the OTT platform. The film is currently streaming on ZEE5 and OTTplay Premium. Directed by Nikkhil Advani, the action drama is about a young woman's journey who faces and resists a repressive system against the portrayal of an antagonist. The makers of the film have now shared a new poster from the film.

Today, on October 10, the makers of Vedaa unveiled a new poster from the film featuring John Abraham. With pistols in both hands, John looks powerful and dangerous at the same time as the motion poster shows he is in the middle of a big fight. The poster defines the actor as "The shield of justice." For the uninitiated, John plays the role of Abhimanyu, a retired soldier in the film.
Sharing the poster on their Instagram account, the streamer captioned it: "Fear is nonexistent when you have a soldier like Abhimanyu by your side #Vedaa now streaming on #ZEE5"

Nearly two months after its theatrical run, the action drama film had its OTT premiere on ZEE5 today (October 10). Vedaa clashed with Shraddha Kapoor's Stree 2 and Akshay Kumar's Khel Khel Mein at the box office. Although the film did not do well at the box office, the makers have high hopes for the film as it now started streaming on the OTT platform.
Sharing his excitement about the OTT release of the film, John, in a statement said that he is proud to be a part of the film that not just entertains but also empowers. "Vedaa, inspires women to embrace their strength and also encourages all of us to support and uplift one another. The film is very important and relevant in today’s day and age which is a powerful reminder that when women thrive, we all thrive," the actor added.
