Malayalam's latest film, Vaazha: Biopic of a Billion Boys, is all set to make its digital debut soon. According to the latest reports, the coming-of-age comedy drama will be available to stream on Amazon Prime Video. However, the makers have not made an official confirmation on the same. Anand Menon has helmed this movie, whose screenplay has been penned by Guruvayoorambala Nadayil's director Vipin Das.

Vaazha to stream on Amazon Prime Video?

The movie, which debuted on August 15 in theatres, is getting rave feedback from viewers. At the box office, it has already made over Rs 25 crore worldwide. But according to recent reports, Amazon Prime Video has acquired the dramedy's internet streaming rights. It is also reasonable to presume that the film will be available starting in the middle or end of September.

The three most recent Malayalam films that may be seen on Amazon Prime Video are Ranjith Sajeev's medical thriller Golam, Kallanum Bhagavathiyum, and Darshana Rajendran-starrer Paradise. On August 22, Kalki 2898 AD, a multilingual fantasy period drama featuring Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Hassan, Shobana, and Prabhas, was released on the platform.

Vaazha running successfully in theatres

The lives of five friends- Ajo, Vishnu, Moosa, Kalaam, and Vivek form the basis of the movie. Their parents and other acquaintances frequently call them losers and troublemakers. They face extreme social pressure as adults, which eventually puts them on a difficult path towards self-acceptance and personal development. The main cast of Vaazha consists of Saafboi, Amith, Anuraj O B, Anu, Mohan Rajeswari, and Joemon Jyothir.

According to OTTplay's review, the film delivers on all the enjoyable expectations that were raised before its premiere, from Anand Menen's direction to Vipin Das' scripting, while also providing audiences with moments of resonance that they find appealing. The situational humour is another element that is guaranteed to keep the audience interested. A sequel to the movie was also recently revealed by the makers.
