February wrapped up on a super high note for Netflix and its viewers, thanks to the launch of one of their most awaited series. The cool part? It really wowed a lot of folks! We're talking about Dabba Cartel, which dropped on February 28, 2025, and is already making waves. With Shabana Azmi leading a talented cast, the show quickly found its audience, and the excitement around it was palpable within just a day. Centered on a drug cartel that cleverly operates as a tiffin service, there's plenty to look forward to. But hey, if you haven't checked it out yet, we recommend you binge all seven episodes first before diving into our spoiler-filled discussion!

Dabba Cartel Finale Breakdown

In the last act of Dabba Cartel, Episode 7, Chacko gathers all the women at his mansion, where he spends two hours trying to persuade them to join forces with him. What starts off as a friendly invitation quickly turns dark, revealing Chacko's true intentions. The women find themselves gradually pressured into accepting his proposal, but Raji, played by Shalini, refuses to play along and stands up to him. Chacko then drops a bombshell: it’s not Sheela he’s targeting, but Moushumi, who happens to be Raji’s mother-in-law. He hands Raji a gun, threatening that if she doesn’t kill Moushumi, he’ll take out Hari, Raji’s husband.

Ultimately, Raji ends up killing Moushumi and heads back home. As everyone returns to their lives, we see Sheela Baa grappling with the loss of her best friend. Mala is shaken but tries to stay strong, while Shaheeda decides to delete Preeti’s number after Varuna warns her that keeping ties could lead to a bad outcome. Varuna, still reeling from the trauma, also makes her way home. Meanwhile, Raji is left dealing with the aftermath of killing her mother-in-law, washing her blood-stained saree and pouring all her fear, anger, and sorrow into the task.

Where's Hari at? We see him stumble upon the cash and learn the truth about his parents when he checks out Baa’s room. He might have stormed off in anger and could come back later. There's also a chance that Chacko took him, especially since he had his guys hanging around outside their place. Or perhaps a new player in the mix grabbed Hari to use him against the ladies. Only Season Two will reveal what really went down.

Is Dabba Cartel getting a second season?

The creators haven't confirmed if the team will return for Dabba Cartel Season 2 yet, but there's definitely potential for it. The first season wraps up in a way that sets the stage perfectly for a second season, leaving plenty of drama still to unfold. There's a lot to uncover about Sheela Baa, also known as Kashi, and her backstory. Shalini Pandey’s character, Raji, has committed a murder and now finds herself working for a drug cartel to protect those she cares about. Meanwhile, Anjali Anand’s Shaheeda is taking a step back from her relationship with Preeti (Sai Tamhankar) by deleting her number, suggesting she’s trying to keep her distance for safety.

On the flip side, Preeti is piecing together the connection between Shaheeda and Varuna (Jyothika) after spotting a shared bag at Varuna’s boutique, and she’s determined to figure out what’s going on. Pathak (Gajraj Rao) has concluded that both Modella and Meethai (the drugs produced by the Dabba Cartel) share a similar chemical composition, indicating that someone from VivaLife is involved. It won’t be long before Preeti and Pathak connect the dots. There’s so much left to explore in Season 2 that the creators are likely eager to dive into it. An announcement is on the horizon, but the timing is still a mystery.
