What's the storyline of the K-drama Karma?

This new K-drama explores the lives of six individuals caught up in unhappy relationships. Mok Gyeok-nam (Park Hae-soo) witnesses a bizarre accident and makes a choice that changes everything. On another note, Sa Chae-nam (Lee Hee-joon) is desperate to make a fortune to escape his miserable life, but his investment goes south, leaving him deep in debt. Gil Ryong (Kim Sung-kyun) gets fired due to false allegations and is pressured to engage in some questionable activities for cash. Meanwhile, An Gyeong-nam (Lee Kwang-soo) runs a thriving clinic and is in a relationship with the beautiful yet troubled Yu Jeong (Gong Seung-yeon).
