Thunderbolts from the MCU is one of the most awaited movies this year. It was shown to a few press members, and judging by the initial reactions, it could be one of the best Marvel films we've seen in a long time.

A wild ride of feelings

THUNDERBOLTS* is hands down the best Marvel movie we've seen in ages. It's super emotional and really hits home. Florence Pugh is the soul of the film, and Lewis Pullman absolutely steals the spotlight in every scene. The themes about mental health are really powerful and resonate deeply, according to film critic Tyler Disney.

Sean Chandler shared an awesome review of the movie, saying, "I totally loved #Thunderbolts! It really dives into themes of depression, loneliness, and finding purpose. The characters are all about rejection. It’s mostly grounded action for two-thirds and then a horror-inspired nightmare for the last third. It feels like the MCU is finally coming together and heading towards something exciting again."

It's mostly a standalone film with just a tiny bit of setup. But that little bit felt like classic MCU,” said Chris Parker.

It sets the stage for some huge things ahead, and it's the most thrilling build-up I've seen since 2012. Grab some tissues, but not because it's a tearjerker,” added another viewer who attended the screening.

Florence Pugh is amazing

Jake Schreier is at the helm of Thunderbolts, which unites Marvel's iconic antihero squad. The cast includes Florence Pugh, Sebastian Stan, Wyatt Russell, Olga Kurylenko, Lewis Pullman, Geraldine Viswanathan, David Harbour, Hannah John-Kamen, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus. It's set to hit theaters in India on May 1 and worldwide on May 2.
