This Week's Kannada OTT Lineup: New Films and Series to Stream

2 days ago | 5 Views

The late Power Star Puneeth Rajkumar's first film, Appu, hit theaters again on March 14, which explains the lack of new Kannada films releasing this week. According to ticket sites, there's just one Kannada movie scheduled for a theatrical release on March 21. Even on streaming platforms, there’s no sign of any new releases at the start of the week. It's worth noting that many Kannada films with pay-per-view options often don’t get much promotion from the streaming services.

For example, last week, the Kannada comedy Forest and the action thriller Hiranya were both released on Prime Video. Films like Choo Mantar and UI are anticipated to come out in March, but there’s been no word on their release dates yet. On the dubbed content front, there are two intriguing titles set to reach audiences soon.

Check out the Kannada films, both original and dubbed, that are hitting theaters and streaming platforms from March 17 to March 23
