Karan Johar is all set to bring a new reality series that will showcase the glamorous, unfiltered, and unscripted side of influencers' lives. The nine-episode series chronicles the journey of five young, glamourous, and affluent content creators, Alanna Panday, Alaviaa Jaaferi, Srushti Porey, Aryaana Gandhi, and Alfia Jafry, along with the digital evangelist investor, Hardik Zaveri. After much anticipation, the makers today announced the release date of the show.

Karan Johar's upcoming reality series is set to premiere on Amazon Prime Video. The show will start streaming on October 4, 2024. It promises to take the viewers into the lives of a group of Indian influencers as they run behind global fame in Los Angeles. The show is directed by Omkar Potdar and will offer a glimpse into the modern influencer culture and the challenges they go through to make a place for themselves in a foreign market. 

Talking about the series, filmmaker Karan Johar said, "The series promises to take viewers on an exhilarating journey, capturing a group of young, new-age content creators as they navigate their ambitions, aspirations, and unfiltered personalities while striving to make their mark in the major leagues."

The show is produced by Dharmatic Entertainment Production and executive-produced by Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Aneesha Baig, The Tribe offers an unfiltered look at Indian influencers navigating to capture the spotlight in Los Angeles. It will take us through the lives of content creators, Alanna Panday, Alaviaa Jaaferi, Srushti Porey, Aryaana Gandhi, and Alfia Jafry, who have left their comfort zone behind to make sure they make a name for themselves in the international influencer market.
