The film, starring Praveen K.V., Yashika, Prithviraj, and Vaishnavi in lead roles, is directed by Praveen K.V. under the Screen Play Pictures banner. Having completed filming, the movie is set for a grand theatrical release soon. The teaser launch event took place at the Hyderabad Film Chamber, where Konda Vijay Kumar was the chief guest and released the teaser.

Director Konda Vijay Kumar praised the teaser, saying that the music and lyrical values were impressive. He added that the film focuses on the concept of how to stop attacks on women, and expressed hope that the movie would be a success and bring recognition to Praveen K.V. and the entire team.

Ramakrishna from People Media Factory mentioned that small films have been achieving great success recently, and expressed confidence that Mahisha would also be a big success. 

Music director Sri Venkat shared his excitement about working on the film, praising the unique script and expressing hope for the movie's success.

Director and lead actor Praveen K.V. thanked Konda Vijay Kumar for attending the event and shared that Mahisha is based on the ongoing issue of attacks on women, with a message of protecting justice. The movie has completed its censor process and received a U/A certification. Praveen also announced plans for a sequel titled Yada Yada Hi Dharmasya.
