HIT 3 Trailer: On Monday, Sailesh Kolanu unveiled the trailer for HIT 3, also known as HIT: The Third Case. The film features Nani in the lead role, portraying a relentless police officer named Arjun Sarkar, who embarks on a violent quest to rescue a 9-month-old infant.

Nani’s HIT 3 trailer released

The three-minute trailer opens with Nani's character, Arjun Sarkar, declaring that criminals should only be allowed to exist in one of two ways: confined in a 10-foot cell or resting in a 6-foot grave. The narrative quickly reveals that the central plot involves the kidnapping of a 9-month-old baby, with a distraught mother pleading for the child's safe return. Arjun embarks on a fierce pursuit to save the baby, leaving a trail of destruction in his wake. When confronted by an adversary who claims, "You can't survive here," he retorts, "I've been hearing that since the start of my career."

About HIT 3

HIT: The Third Case serves as a sequel to Sailesh's earlier works, HIT: The First Case (2020) featuring Vishwak Sen and HIT: The Second Case (2022) starring Adivi Sesh. Srinidhi Shetty, known for her role in KGF, plays the female lead. The film is produced by Nani's sister, Prashanti Tipirneni, under Wall Poster Cinema in collaboration with his own Unanimous Productions, and is scheduled for release on May 1. Similar to its predecessors, which explored enigmatic cases, this installment is set in the Telugu region, specifically Visakhapatnam. There are rumors that Karthi will make a cameo appearance in HIT 3 and will lead the subsequent film.

Nani’s reinvention from the Natural Star

Throughout much of his career, Nani has been known for his family-oriented films, earning him the title of Natural Star. However, with HIT 3, he appears to be seeking a transformation that will see him take on more action-oriented roles, likely involving intense violence. His upcoming project with director Srikanth Odela, titled The Paradise, also suggests a significant shift in his career trajectory. Previous films like Dasara and Saripodhaa Sanivaaram have already begun to pave the way for this new direction.
